This book is everything I expected and more. I read through it in one sitting, sometimes salivating while reading the numerous recipes using pork roll. I couldn't wait to go in search for some Taylor Pork Roll here in NC, and luckily found it at one of the more upscale supermarkets in my area. I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, where it was readily available, and my family and I all loved it. This is a great little cookbook that is welcomed to my rather large collection of cookbooks.
Gave as a gift for Christmas and the recipient was thrilled! Has been enjoying the tidbits of information on a local/regional product.
Turns out this is more of a novelty than a cookbook, but I'm glad to have it on my New Jersey bookshelf.
This book is not what I expected. Not sure home much use I will get from it.
